Return Policy

We want you to love anything you get from us, and we stand by everything we make. But things happen, and if you aren’t satisfied with your purchase or if, heaven forbid, something is wrong with it, here’s how we can make it right.

 

Repairs

Is something wrong with your purchase like a skipped stitch, surface scratch, or other reparable defect? Let us know and we’ll see what we can do. Keep in mind, all our goods are made by human hands so the occasional imprecision is part of the allure. But if it’s a serious enough defect that it has you looking at the return policy, or if some injury happened while your purchase was in transit, let’s talk and see if we can get it fixed. For reparable defects you’ll be responsible for shipping your item to us within 30 days of purchase, after which we’ll repair it and ship it back free of charge.

 

Eligibility for Returns

    • Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it (i.e. no stains or odors).
    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
    • Custom work is not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

Want to swap instead? Let us know when you reach out. For certain products we can offer an exchange, while for others we can offer a credit for the returned item good towards a similar one.

 

Refunds

If you are eligible for a return, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price through your original purchase method. We will notify you when a refund is processed, but refunds can take 2-3 business days to show on your bank statement.
